What is the year of construction? Approximately worth?

What has your own research shown? Is this solid gold, or plated, capped?

If that serial number is correct, it was made around 1984.

It won't be too valuable, but if it's gold, it at least has melt value.

Serial number on paper 46 mil indicates 1983-84 Assuming that paper is actually for that watch. Need to confirm with SN inside Caseback.
Prior thread here on similar watch
Value depends on case material also indicated inside Caseback. Probably not worth much more than gold value
