Since this movement was used by the Rose Watch Co., I wonder if this watch is an early Heuer. The Rose Watch Co. was merged with Ed. Heuer & Cie from 1912-1922. Early Heuer wrist chronos were not marked Heuer.

Lots of the same people both places, but it's the gym vs. the library.

IG is the gym but a few interesting pics and contacts... eg James Dowling supplied pics for the watch below, also pointing out (via pm) it’s not known whether Heuer made the movement.
