Hello, I have a 18k vintage omega that was passed on to me. I am curious to know the year and model of it. I can't find any information on it. Also, what does the two hallmark mean inside the casing of the watch. I notice there is a image of a man or woman and a serial number of 145 engraved on it. Furthermore, what is the estimated value on this watch. Please help!!!!
Well we know it is from circa 1945, it has a 30mm movement, caliber 30t2 The dial has been repainted and the hands replaced. The serial number of the watch is 10871228 and the case is 18k gold The watch does not have a model name, but may have an unknown reference number.
Thank you, with that being said - will that hurt the value of the watch if the hands were replaced and dial painted? How about the hallmarked stamped on back of the inside case, do you know the meaning of it? What would be the price range for this watch. Thank you for your help, I really appreciated.
