Help evaluating a deluxe connie

Hello, I was wondering if I could have some opinions on this deluxe connie for sale.

1) overall condition of the case, caseback, and lugs seems to be in good shape and not over polished
2) since there's no movement picture, hard to tell what the reference is. Might be a 2799, 2782, or a 2853?
3) supposedly rose gold, pictures aren't great
4) incorrect crown
5) scratches are on the dial or the crystal?

I've asked the seller to provide a picture of the movement and to confirm where the scratches are located, so TBA. In regards to the price, the seller is asking 3500 CHF (3800 USD as of todays exchange rate). This seems to be a bit high to me? What would a good price be for a deluxe RG connie, unserviced + incorrect crown, with either the bumper movement or the full rotor movement?

For that kind of money you can’t trust them saying “I can’t see any marks on the dial” (their eyesight may be bad 😉). Get good photos of the dial in natural light from different angles and assess yourself. And I think a photo of the movement and inside of caseback is a reasonable ask at anywhere near that price point.

Crown will be hard to find (and expensive).

As for value, I’ll defer to others that’ll come along..

For that kind of money, the seller can learn how to take proper photographs.

I’d move on.

And it is really difficult to find correct hands to replace those.

I can see the seconds hand is incorrect, are the hour and minute hands ok? Should they have a facet running down the middle?

I met the seller this morning to look at it as the pics and description were useless.

The dial has lacquer damage so I passed.
