    Hi

I am quite inexperienced and bought an Omega on ebay. Now I noted that the Swiss made is missing. Is it a fake? Thank you for your support!

I think it might be a redial but otherwise authentic.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the only time Swiss watches were not marked on the dial is if they were shipped inside Switzerland. Correct?

    Yeah, but it's it original?

Sorry, inside joke about how there are two swiss companies producing swiss army knifes, one allowed to call themselves the "original", the other one the "genuine".

That with the Swiss made would actually be interesting. Do you think it is a redial? Thanks for your help!

It is a redial using the older font type for the word Constellation. The bracelet is nice and more valuable than the watch.

movement and case are original, just the dial looks a bit strange.

I just went to the Omega store in Zurich and they actually recommended to replace the bracelet as it is "used" / losing a little bit the color and might damage my health. But as you think that is the most "precious" thing of the watch, I should not do it right?

Only way that would damage his health would be when he found out how much the dealer sold it for secondhand after replacing it with a new one.

Easy. The wear to the gold could pull out more arm hairs than a slick new bracelet. Could get an infection.

image.jpeg Redial? Darned fine one if it is. I have attached a picture of the Seamaster currently on one wrist. Virtually identical except it is not a Constellation Certified Chronometer, and the OMEGA is printed on, not applied. This dial does have -SWISS MADE- below the 6:00. The movement in mine is identical to the subject watch, which poses the question- other than the Constellation/Seamaster name difference, what IS the difference?
