    Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a vintage omega constellation for my first time, but not much experience.

Could you help me check the authenticity and original of this omega constellation? Many thanks in advance.

This is the second thread by this poster asking the same questions. There have been two recommendations for this watch that have gone unacknowledged, except for a like. https://omegaforums.net/threads/hel...f-my-first-vintage-omega-constellation.49972/

Thank all. I doubt that the dial is refnished, because chronometre at that time is the most popular, chronometer is very rare.

I want to be clear about your answer. The dial has been refinished: Yes or No?

Dial is a poorly done refinish.

Yes I think, but unsure. So that's the reason why I want your comment here. Sorry if i'm a newbie in vintage watches.

To OP: the best advice you can receive right now is, take your time!

    Nice cat btw.

There have been several comments stating that the dial has been refinished. The crown is wrong, too. As @Edward53 said, "take your time". Also read Desmond's blog. http://omega-constellation-collectors.blogspot.com/
