Help authenticate this vintage omega de ville please

Hi!

This watch is for sale on eBay. I am very interested in purchasing this, however, I do not know whether it’s authentic or not. I am in communication with the seller, but, unfortunately they cannot open the back. However, they have got a receipt from a jewellers as proof of purchase. They will provide me with more photos later.

Can someone please help me shed a light on the authenticity of this piece. Please and thank you
