    Hi all.

    See attached.

This was my grandmother's. We found it in the bottom of her handbag after she died about 20 years ago. My mother has never worn it so we are looking to find a new home for it but have absolutely no idea on it's value or age. We think at least the 1960's. It's solid gold. Can anyone help with regards to value and age or where we could possibly take it.

My money that is a mid 70's to mid 80's quartz.

Can you take a picture of the back, and if you can open the back of the watch without damaging it and show the movement and inscription on the inside of the case back?

odds are it is only worth its weight in gold, we can confirm if you can show the requested pictures.

I'm getting these pictures sent from my mother so they are not great! I shall try and open it when I see them next but I'm pretty sure it's quartz too. It's immaculate too for it's age and seems such a shame it's only worth it's weight in gold but I can understand that.
