Lovely chronograph and heirloom. The RAF did issue some Lemania chronographs, but this particular one appears to be a civilian version. A realistic market value would be in the general neighborhood of £2000 IMO.

Too small for pounds 3000. Nothing to do with RAF. It is a private purchase. Don`t mention RAF in your sales pitch; that will put off many collectors. Because it is not true.

Sold for pounds 3300. Maybe the OP can donate 10% to this site for maximising his profit. But it depends on the buyer; if he stays happy when scrutinising the movement. Which misses a few things....

very interesting chronograph. if u know somebody with ebay sales, he can list it for you. in that case you would skip regular ebay problems with new users and also you can list that value as new user.

It's already sold yesterday on Ebay.

The OP should be thrilled if the sale goes through for a 32mm non-military Lemania with out-of-focus photos. Some foolish buyer didn't read the listing carefully. £3300 is roughly what actual series 1 Lemania monopushers are going for these days.
