Hi,

I´m new here and already a while addicted to Omega. My first "real" watch was a Speedy with Moonphase, since then the Speedmaster is my favorite watch.

Hope to learn here a bit more about the older Speedmasters

Welcome! I have a suggestion to make. If you change your avatar to a photo of yourself eating a sandwich, you could then change your username to "Munchin' in München". 🙄

Welcome to the Forum. Please do post pictures, it is much appreciated by all.

I live in Canada, work in USA and travel to Munich (Dachau really) almost once a month. In fact, I will be there next Tues-Thurs.

Welcome! I worked for BMW in the seventies and was quite often down in Munich for meetings at the Factory. I always enjoyed your city greatly - a real pleasure in life was, on arrival, to get into town and sit outside a bar with a nice big stein of Lowenbrau and a white sausage with a lump of bread: simple but effective! Horological nostalgia for your city stems from my being presented with my Breitling Navitimer 816 there.
