well.. cuz I drew it
😁 What's the reason for that??
The case is not the greatest and I think is a redial but more experienced members will have a say soon enough 😉
Usually people ask before they buy 😀

now you see it...
as it was drawn over the hands... it was to show passing the MOY test.
now you don't.

the lugs have been extensively polished, removing most of the facets. the bracelet looks to be of the general vintage, but the buckle on the strap looks more modern.

I don't think the lugs are that bad, really. I like both bracelet and buckle also. For around $1,000 I think you did well, just get the hands relumed and get a replacement crown and you are good to go 👍

Pls help.

I’m looking to buy an omega vintage for my partner for his bday and came across this one on eBay....

Description is as follows “Vintage Omega Constellation 'Two-Tone' watch features a highly rare beautiful Two-tone gold dial,”

Been advised “Thank you for your enquiry, the movement and watch is however the dial has been repainted to a factory standard.”

Can someone pls tell me if it’s original alternatively where can I buy one from my budget is £1500.

@sabam1810

That has been heavily polished, the medallion is basically destroyed and as they say the dial has been (badly) repainted. The crown is not right, it’s pretty nasty. There are better out there, that’s not nice.

Start your own thread, piggybacking onto this one will lead to confusion.

Don’t apologise, many will be very happy to help, start a new thread and hopefully you’ll get the info you want. Your budget should get you something nice.

The lume is obviously missing from the hands but there also seem to be remains of lume at the hour markers and yet there is only one T by swiss made.
Shouldn't there be two ?
The rest looks to be in reasonable condition.

There still appears to be lume on dial and hands but only one T.
Is this correct ?
