    Hello All,

    A newcomer to this forum.

I hope this request doesn't offend forum etiquette by looking for assistance in the very first post but here goes.

I have owned a Seamaster since the late 60's. No box or papers. I bought it from the original owner. It has been serviced once in my ownership.

    Here are some snaps:

The stampings on the movement read:

    24 jewels
    20725254
    1/omega symbol with 562 beneath

The number on the inside of the case back reads:

    166010-63

    Any further advice appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Bob

I'm new here too, but welcome anyhow. I've got a Seamaster, but a year earlier - I make yours 1963 from the movement serial number. Yours is a very nice watch, and looks to be well cared for. What specifically do you want to know about it?

    Nice!
That movement looks to be pristine, amazing when you consider the age of the watch.
