I'm pretty sure the Dial is 100% Original, However have you guys ever seen a "Turler" that sit below "Constellation" like this?

 

If you Google Constellation and Turler you'll get lots of hits
There are quite few of them out there
Some people collect watches with trade names on them and some retail outlets put a premium on them as 'rarities'

I think some were special order from Omega
Others were added later by the outlet

I prefer mine without - but just personal taste

 

Maybe you misunderstand my point
Turler is not that rare in the market
But usually the Turler is over the "Constellation" or Below "Officially Certified"
This one is below Constellation and that why is make me confuse although I'm 100% the dial is untouched, and who will add a line to an untouched Dial? so I think the Turler line is also Original

if you're really interested in this particular watch - best to do an analysis of all the ones you can find to see if this variation occurs elsewhere
if it was an after market addition it may be they had variations depending on who/when the Turler was added
you could also study the Turler fonts you find to see if it matches

rest of the dial looks good to me also

slightly unusual to have black inserts on indices and hands -and have a 'T'
but there seems to be lume on the indices
the hands look very very new compared to the case and dial -perhaps a replacement set?
slightly shiny case but bezel and lugs edges are still strong
bit of a gouge below one of the stars on the medallion (not something that should stop you buying the watch ...)
