Can that be reported? It's a Seamaster case that never had the 352, and a redial made to fool people into thinking it was a Constellation.

Report it again. It's one of the worst frankens we've seen, and the redial is a scam to try to get Constellation money for a Seamaster. The guy probably doesn't know it's worth more as parts to a collector, and wants some sucker to pay an ungodly amount.
I offered $10. It was declined. I raised it to $11. Declined again. Bit the bullet and made a final offer of $11.25, only to be rebuffed a final time.
You need a little cooling off period between bids if you are going to let it run away with you like that...
