On welcoming another watch?

A package slip arrived today, so off to the mail centre and quickly back home, and ready for the opening




Lovely! Well packed and I can see the Ω on the box.




A frantic scrabbling with tape and bubble wrap, and then the ceremonial opening awaits





AND THEN THE SHOCK AND HORROR

An EMPTY F*KN BOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I not really understanding, am I dreaming?







After my heart resumed beating, and like a demented chicken plucker, I pulled the rest of the pods and paper out of the box and noticed another bubble wrap bundle that had slipped through the packing to the bottom.

I repeated the frantic unwrapping and immediately the world turned from dark grey to “Over the Rainbow” again.




And a quick wrist shot.




I’m off to enjoy it (Whew!!)
