Model reference is A783. Never seen a dial quite like that, it appears to be white/cream compared to silvery grey which is found on the A783. I suspect this could simply be due the lighting levels in the photo. Even more unusual are the subdial colours. The blues on these subdials quite often deteriorate, though I've personally never seen a dial do this where there are three distinct colours. It's like it wants to be an A386 though went a little colour blind and got the combo wrong.
