When asked, the seller said the watch was the one pictured on his wrist. Title says 321, back says 145.022-69. Would be interested to see what did the buyer receive (especially on the inside) ?
I am pretty sure that this watch, if sold pre-"service", would have achieved a little more than the $2550 final price, and certainly saved the vendor his $1200. It does appear to be a 145.022 (looking at the original dial, that has lost its 861 movement in favour of a 321. This is definitely a collection of parts, but one with some value to someone with an 861 movement, and 145.012 case plus dial lying around. Oh and hands....and bezel....and another bezel! So quite a mouthful to bite off, but it will taste sour if the buyer thought he was actually buying a watch
