I'm looking at my 3572.50 and it looks like that? Kinda new here, so take my word with a grain of salt.

Welcome and not exactly ;) if you look at Lume indices on the dial, you will see that the ones on yours are shorter and yours does not have a step

Oh wow, I was looking at the length of the indices coming towards the center, not going towards the bezel. I Haven't had my coffee yet.

What movement is it for? I've seen it on the 321s - assumed as service dial.

Depends which calibre it is for. I have seen enough painted logo dials with 321 feet to be reasonably sure (Not certain!) that Omega manufactured a dial with a painted logo for 321's with this layout.

Do you have a photo of the back?

Here is what I believe to be a service dial. Note the T marks and painted logo, and long indices. This one differers from the OP in that it is a Non Pro marked dial:

And to confuse things further, this dial arrived on a watch that had been fully serviced by Omega - so the owners nephew assured me, and the dial has now been removed and checked - it is indeed an original equipment dial with 321 feet.
Please excuse the poor photo, it was just a pre shipping record and I dont have a better one but you can see the important parts:

Your dials look more like modern replacements, maybe 80ties, because they bothe lack the step, if i didn´t miss anything.
The one i posted has a clear step as the old ones have. Maybe its a service dail from the early seventies.
But to be honest i have no idea for which movement it could have been used. I know that i have seen one of these dials in a 145.022 somewhere in the internet, but i cant find it anymore.

Well the first does have a step, and close marked "T"s.

The second I am not sure as it is not with me and I only have that crappy photo - but the oral, (thus unreliable) history was that it was serviced by Omega in 1960's.

I think there is more to the service dial history than first meets the eye.

still gotta have the original. I know there were service dials which looked like cal 321 feet but with painted logo front. Not very common at all but they are out there
