Hard one - this watch any good? (Ref 2325, Pontife hands)

Hi guys - I am new here registration-wise, but I have in the past spent a fair amount of time going through this forum when I was purchasing my own 168.005 pie pan Connie. Through that experience, I think I honed my skills somewhat at spotting sly redials.

This one has perplexed me though. It looks to be in slightly "too good" condition dial wise for its age, but the signature/logo looks "good" to me, and the minute marks are certainly well done if this is a redial. Hands are definitely a known variation. Movement serial # vs expected watch age checks out. Case markings look right. Crown is right.

But I cannot find an example of this dial font for the hour markers. The G on OMEGA is also slightly different from contemporaries, though there are obviously variations across dial "models".

What do you guys think?

I don't know this ref at all, but based on looking at many vintage Omega's over the years my first impression is very positive of an original watch in extremely good shape.

I have to agree with that. The dial looks very nice, hands look a bit too blue, but that may be lighting. Crown is one of the last designs (bowler hat) before the Ω came in. The 30T2 looks to be in great condition. The only issue seems to be the regulator at full retard, maybe done to slow the watch down because it needs a service?
A very nice example that hasn't aged like many of us have.

I've seen that Dial before. Quite sure, it's done by Causemann, Germany. He has the Original Fonts for that. Anything written under the 6 ? Should be late 1940's.

All parts of the watch: case, movement, dial and hands are in same excellent condition, they "match".
Hence IMO the dial is original.

This kind of crown is perfectly fine for the era and also the ref.

Thank you all for your assistance. I am considering purchase of this watch. We will see how it goes. I will keep you all updated. The Causemann dials comment does gives me pause however.
