Hard identification for Omega Constellation Gold+diamonds. Rare or custom?

Hola everyone. In Jose from Catalonia.

I have this beatiful Constellation inherited from my father and I would like to give it a new life; so I´m harvesting info about it, but I don´t find any watch like this. The most similar model is BA7518364J found in a catalog in Old-omegas.

It could be a rare edition or maybe a custom work?

I would like to request your help to identify this watch and maybe sell it because I want to give it a new owner that appreciate.
