Hands! Specifically 1.50 x 0.80 x 0.18mm

Hello!

I'm looking for some hands for a cal. 552.

Ranfft says they are 1.50 x 0.80 x 0.18mm.

Well, OK.

But according to his wonderful website those dimensions are also shared by a number of other movements:



So am I right in assuming that (apart from the length) hands for any of these movements are interchangeable and are all 1.50 x 0.80 x 0.18mm?
