    Hello All,
I recently obtained a 1980's Seamaster Titane from another forum member. I realize there are many purists in the group who would not recommend tampering with the originality of the watch, but I am seeking opinions to improve the condition of the hands. The lower picture shows a close-up of the second (silver) and minute (gold) hands. I can't make out what are the brown blemishes: it could be particles, fungus, oxidation, protection layer degradation, etc. I am seeking advice from members who might know, and could offer suggestions to improve the condition. I plan to relume the minute and hour hands too.

James Hyman in the UK is very good at this sort of thing. I don't have his contact info handy; google does.
