I emailed the Boutique in Champs-Élysée a few days in advance and they held one for me, but while I was there I saw multiple, so it’s widely available in there.
Of course it is more expensive than in the US, but being from Brazil I don’t get many chances, and considering the VAT return it gets pretty close, so I’m more than happy!

They also threw in some Olympics swag in for good measure

I can't believe I didn't think to call the boutiques when I was in Paris 10 days ago. There is no availability in the SF bay area so far. Does anybody know a store that might have one available in the US ? I can order it.

I was in San Diego visiting family last week & my fiancé convinced me to take a look...ended up walking out with one! OB San Diego at Fashion Valley has/had them in stock, asking for Richard the technician, he knows his stuff & is a nice guy!

Got mine June 1. Nashville Boutique got two the week I contacted them about it. One was spoken for, and I got the second one. Fortunately it's only 2.5 hours away.

Question for everyone, are we calling these a Daniel Craig or just “the white one “? Hesalite is a Hesalite, snoopy is snoopy, FOISv2 is FOIS, so what do we call this?

Im calling it the white speedy, or white moonwatch, not fan of attaching it to Daniel Craig, as I believe there is and probably there will be other watches unveiled by him, they can’t all have the same name.

Sounds logical.

Got a new strap - totally changes the watch.

Very nice! I’ve been considering the same strap. It’s interesting that there are so few videos out there of this strap- how ‘supple’ is the leather? I’ve been concerned that it might be ‘too stiff’ like I always hear about the Snoopy OEM strap.

They're not black. I own the current white dial Speedmaster Racing, and the hands/markers are similar. They appear black at times because of the angle and lighting conditions, but they aren't black. They are more of a polished gunmetal gray, and can sometimes get washed out. Many white dial watches get gray hands/markers over black, and I've yet to see a good reason why. The Tudor Black Bay GMT is like that. I have a Nodus Contrail like that. It's better than the regular bright polished steel or rhodium, but polished black would certainly be better.
I wish they would’ve made the hands matt black, super stark, to give a similar but inverse effect to the stark white hands on the 3861 black dial. They probably would’ve had to reduce the lume area
