Hey now. I just kinda switched from team Seiko to team Omega. I got my first Omega (Speedmaster 3513.50) from Chrono24.ca.. I’m looking to get a hand winder. I’m still torn between being ok with a watch that has some new parts (like a new case made and retrofitted with better glass) in great condition vs a model that is either rare or a “gem” or something considered desirable that has 100% original parts in ok shape. Let’s face it, if I like two watches and can’t decide, I am def gonna go with the more rare one. That being said, my budget is 1500 usd. So like all things in life, the allure is gone because everything that’s different and...well...alluring is gone because of the modest price range.
