I have two watches left for sale today, a Sinn 156 (SOLD) and this Hamilton HTC chronograph with Lemania 5100. I am raising funds for another watch purchase, so no trade offers at this time, please. This post is for the Hamilton HTC with Lemania 5100. This unusual watch is in very fine shape. The movement runs perfectly and the chronograph function is without issue. The plexi crystal has some very minor scratches. The 39 mm brushed case is in remarkable shape, given the watch's age of about 20 years I'm guessing. The timing bezel has a very nice click-click-click action. Dial and hands are perfect, and the tritium lume in the Speedy-style hour and minute hands is aging in perfect harmony with the dial indices. There's a nice T SWISS MADE T at the bottom of the dial. The Hamilton logo is the retro cool Jet Age H and italicized HAMILTON, which is my personal favorite. Signed crown. I've never had the back off, so I'm not sure about movement markings. Service history is unknown but the former owner told me he had it comprehensively serviced in 2014. I have no proof of that unfortunately, but I did trust and believe him at the time, and the watch has zero issues right now. You'll note the drilled-thru lugs, making the use of ultra-secure shoulderless spring bars possible, and I put two brand new ones on this watch. I have the watch on a brand new unworn two piece strap made from Red Wing Oro Russet leather that I made from a hide that I bought right at the Red Wing tannery in Red Wing, Minnesota. So if you've got a pair of Oro Russet boots or chukkas you'd be good to go with this strap! I'm looking for $1500 USD or very next offer on this watch. Lots of references on this site and other watch fora. PM me at this site or email direct to roverhaven {at} gmail. And thanks for looking! Edit -- I just re-read the rules for posting here on OF and realized I forgot my return policy. Of course the buyer may examine the watch for three days and return it to me if it is not as described. I'm a reasonable person with a record of many flawless transactions. I ship quickly and securely and treat others the way I would want to be treated myself. Thanks again! Myron
One last reduction to $1250. This is a great piece for Hamilton collectors or Lemania 5100 fans. Thanks, Myron
Thanks Todd! Anybody interested at $1175? This is a really nice watch, and the movement alone makes it a great value for Hamilton and Lemania collectors. Myron
The movement alone can run €900 in good condition. This is a good buy. The dial layout is awesome and the chrono minute hand feature is very cool.
This watch is now sold! Haha, looks like Pun just mistook my FS thread for a WRUW thread on a Seiko forum somewhere. (I note his avatar is a question mark ;-) No worries. Well, despite the nice comments and good wishes and what I think is a great price, this little Hamilton has received zero interest, so I am withdrawing it for now. Thanks everybody for checking it out! Best, Myron
