    Hi All,

Just saw this on the internet browsing around. I was talking to @cristos71 about it, but we are both stumped whether or not it is an original or some type of franken. Wanted to open it up to the forum to get your opinions.

Its a 14381 with a 17 million serial so movement seems to match the case. The dial text looks good too, but I've never seen anything like it before.

The pie pan angles don't look very sharp. I would expect them to be sharper at the hour markers but they appear almost rounded.

Isn't it just a dial from the later, front-loading, Constellation?

No wait - in that case it wouldn't be missing the "Officially Certified"... Hmm.

Here's something similar I digged up:

Can't tell if it's textured as well.

I agree that the dial in the OP is too good to be fake; especially with a textured dial.

Yeah, we discussed that, from a 168.025, but the two line non "Officially Certified" doesn't tally with that.
