Haarwood - hands are the right ones ?

    Dear experts ,

    would you expect those steely blue hands on the 1920s Haarwood ? original or later added ?

    Heat tempered blue hands were quite common a hundred years ago (give or take a few decades).

    Why are you skeptical about the hands ? They look period correct to me. I know nothing of this brand though...

    The hands are called "moon" hands and they are correct for this watch.

    Many different dial and hand combinations on these. Only produced for a couple of years before the company succumbed to the economic ravages of the Great Depression.
