That is a very sweet piece X350! Interested about the crown, is that original? I have seen lots of threads commenting on the clover leaf crown, but when was it popular on Omegas?
I expect to see this gone by Sunday....🍿

Clover crowns are correct for the 1953 and later date-at-6 models with the trapezoid-ish shaped date windows. The first run of date-at-6 models from 1952 had square date windows and sometimes had the bowler shaped crowns like Kyle's former watch:

I think the bowler crowns were more often seen on the 2627 than the 2757 that Norm is selling.

That's Kyle's picture. 😉 The tell tale difference between the two cases are the lugs. The outside notch where the lug joins the case is cut deeper on the 2627. Also, the 2627 has lug holes while the 2757 does not. Either the caliber 353 and 355 could be found in both case references.

School's out now.

Early Ref. 2627, no name on dial and bowler hat crown:

Later Ref. 2757, name on dial and clover crown, but with US made buckle:

I'm beginning to get real frustrated with Photobucket!
