Grey or Black Side: anyone swap to a 20mm clasp (and 21/20mm band)?

I feel like the taper of the Dark/Grey Side bands which go from 21mm at the lug down to 18mm at the clasp or pin buckle is just not robust enough for such a strong profiled watch.

With a 44mm case I would think a 21mm down to 20mm clasp/buckle would look much better. I know there are OEM 20mm clasps and buckles available.

Anyone attempt to swap in a wider band and/or 20mm clasp/buckle? Photos or videos would be much appreciated before I attempt this mod. I have a Grey Side FWIW and my wrist circumference is about 7.25”.
