Hello Omega fans, Paul here, a new member from sunny New Zealand. Vintage watches seduced me about 20 years back and it all started with Omega. A few deviations along the way but fast-track to 2015 and a soft spot for Omega still remains. I'll look forward to participating and am happy to share a few pics if / when I'm permitted. Cheers, Paul

Nothing as salubrious as a 2915 sorry The simple Seamaster with deco-esque 6-9-12 markers is a firm favourite of mine And I've always pondered on the significance .... or not ... of the red star on the larger cased oldie. Just garden variety Omegas and roughly presented but here they ...
Welcome Paul, another Down-Under number to balance the equation. Nice little group of Omegas. We need a close-up of the red star, off you go, chop chop.
[QUOTE="JimInOz, post: 275324, member: 1543.......... We need a close-up of the red star ..........[/QUOTE] Thanks Jim. Red star close ups as requested ..........
G'day Shagger, nice collection... love the red star, let e know if you ever feel like tading for a different old Omega. Also, Id make a smart ass crack about cricket but then you might mention rugby and Id have to cry.
Yea I stopped watching the Rugby after John Eales left, cricket is a much better sport at the moment. Cool set you have there @GMTKiwi!
