It included everything that comes from the factory, including the plastic shipping coffin for the watch which you never get when buying local. All stickers were intact and never touched. Serge was very responsive to calls and texts, and despite being on his way to a doctor's visit when I first called he was able to ship that day. I would buy from him again.
