From my initial inquiry and throughout the sale, communication was excellent - with updates every step of the way - especially during shipping.
While I may have been a bit lucky with customs clearance timing, the door to door shipment was only 3 days from the EU to the US. The packaging job was bombproof and represents great attention to detail and the high level of service provided.
Starting with Box 1 - no shortage of reinforcing tape
Box #2 was well padded inside of Box #1 with an extra label just in case box 1 is somehow destroyed
Several layers of bubble wrap. Even if the delivery guys played football with the box, the contents were going to make it unscathed.
Finally the payoff - as described and in perfect order.
demollo is the consummate professional and will ensure your expectations are met if not exceeded.
I won't hesitate to pick up another piece when the "time" comes.
