Have you seen the pieces that keep the strap on place?
I changed the strap and I found these pieces that I had never seen before (and I have must changed hundreds of straps when i used to work in jewelleries), these have a clever system! They are great, very safe as a sistem, but how do you open these without breaking the strap? My old strap was in pieces so i just cut it away, but I wouldn’t know how to open these if the strap is still ok and you just want to change it or need to make service?

These are called “quick change” spring bars for obvious reason. You need to have a watch band designed to use them, with a small cut-away in the back.
