For sale is my vintage Grand Seiko 6145-8000 with the rarer early variant dial which is IMHO has a much cleaner aesthetic that is similar to the 44GS - without the "Automatic" beneath the Seiko logo and "Grand Seiko" instead of "Hi-Beat 36000" under the GS logo. Condition is probably the best i have seen for this reference especially the case which retains its original alternating brushed and polished finish with some scratches seen. Looks unpolished to me. Beautiful original dial. i will let the pictures do the talking. I have also included some (iphone) pics in natural lighting with some strap pairing ideas. The calibre 6145 (first group of GS hi beat automatic movement beating at 36000 bph) is running well. Service history is unknown. Case size is 36 mm. Price is $1350 including worldwide DHL shipping.
