It appears to be a generic pocket watch in an 80% solid silver case as indicated by the Swiss hallmarks (the Grouse and the "800").
It may have been destined for export from Switzerland to Germany, thus the Crown and Moon stamp.
The Knight's Helmet stamp is probably the manufacturer, but even the great detective David Boettcher was unable to pin it to a specific entity.
From David's website.
Knight's Helmet
This rather splendid knight's helmet, with open visor and apparently empty, crops up in Swiss watch cases. Unfortunately I have so far been unable to identify who the trademark belonged to.
I did see a reference to the helmet stamp some time ago. It may have been Julian Gallet & Co of La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland, but I have been unable to confirm that.
For any other information we would need to see a photo of the movement and know what the diameter is in millimetres.
