Got my first call from Rolex AD…..a GMT Root Beer

I got on the Rolex list at half dozen Rolex AD’s near me about 18 months ago. Originally I signed up for a Sub no date, Sub Starbucks, and GMT Batgirl. Two weeks ago I updated my list to include the Root Beer and Explorer II and got a call last night. It’s a bit stretching my budget but life is short and the world could end soon.

That's a long way from a no-date Sub. Are you referring to a full gold model? Why not just buy the watch you actually want on the secondary market?
