just got this PO,my 3rd omega, couple days ago for much lower price than most used PO liquid metal titanium on watch forums.the watch is really LNIB and everything look ok to me , dial, Si14 spring, the movement number also matches numbers on case back and card . but thinking about the price i got it , how good the reps are these days and the fact that the seller whom i bought the watch from didn't even say " thank you " or reply any questions i asked after i PP'd the $... i'm kinda starting to second guess.... is it genuine ?
any one see any red flag ? should i be worried ?

Looks good to me but you should take more clear pictures of the Dial for the true experts to assess. Or take it to an AD or Boutique and ask them.

I was out bid on one a week ago. I was at $4444. I think it sold for $4550 or something like that. Within an hour after auction I emailed seller letting him know I was interested in second chance offer if it fell through. He immediately replied back saying it was already paid for and sent.

Well, your photo's are terrible (sorry to be blunt)... so without very high quality, high resolution photo's its hard to tell, but if I was forced to say authentic or counterfeit based on the photos, I would say authentic. The "rep" (aka COUNTERFEIT) Planet Ocean's are visually very close to the real thing on cursory inspection. From what I've gathered, there are a few tell tale signs and very distinct things to look for. I'll send you a PM about it.

@Taddyangle you on the chase yet again? :D

Hey Repo, thanks a lot for those info, reps are definitely scary close, they actually stopped me from wanting a PAM 111 few months ago..and made me realized how OVERPRICED Panerai is ( PAM 111 rep is 99% close to real one ,one of the best rep watch ever made to date)
For my PO , I am quite confident that it s auth now , since the watch run in C.o.s.c spec and the si 14 bar look 100% correct.
I am really happy with the watch, can't stop looking at it lol. It's my 2 nd POxl, sold the cal2500,which was my 1st omega, and ended up missing it haha.
Now I keep dreaming about Grey side of the moon....
I guess there s something about Omega that keep me wanting more and more of them,
While 1 Rolex GMT is enough for me and now I don't want any more Rolex in my collection

Good stuff @Zidius, you sound like you definitely know your stuff, and congrats on a great pickup here. I concur the PO is just beautiful all the way around, and I suppose its a complement that the counterfeiters are so desperate to copy it as it has such universal appeal. Be careful talking about the Grey Side, if you give in to temptation and go have a look you will probably succumb. This is what my current avatar is all about, being tempted and giving in [and proud of it damnit!]

    @Zidius....

    I read "3rd OMEGA"....not "3rd Watch".... so I'm sure about the '4 watch comments'...

As far as your watch... it looks good to me.

The display back is one measure for anti-counterfeiting, but I understand that the fakes are trying to decorate an asian ETA movement to look like an 8500...

but it will still be an ETA... the position of the winding crown will still be consistent with ETA...Plus, I don't think that the finishings will be quite as sharp as on a genuie OMEGA...

This is why you need to buy the seller before the watch... at the end of the day, your opinion is the only one that matters..

Even if you had a fake that was 100% indistinguishable from the real thing...you could never fool yourself...

So if there is even an inkling of doubt...you need to send it in to OMEGA for verification... ad then determine how much your time/effort, and emotional well being is worth...

I have never understood saving a few hundred dollars, but the agonizing about it... People pay hundreds of dollars an hour to help eliminate the feelings you've expressed....
