Please note Abel's eye for detail: he alternated the two kinds of boxes he – like his customers, too – uses for transport, glossy surface and textile surface.

    To be continued …

    Cheers,

Abel is awesome. I've purchased a few Heuers from him. last year.
He's one of the 2/3 guys I go to for blessing when it comes to Heuers.
    Fantastic case re-finisher.

Yes, with reason you are assuming that Abel, the perfectionist, did set all watches before packaging.

The right, grey dial Pilot/Diver is the only watch of this set which did not get a movement service by Abel. Only case and bracelet were refurbished in a gorgeous way. I will feature the two Pilot/Divers and their differences in a separate thread.

All stunners! Love the Camaro. So under-loved.

Yes, the Camaro is underrated, maybe due to its smaller size. Another reason may be that there are so many pieces which lost their edges by an unprofessional polishing. The Camaro case is made from not so much material, the lugs are really thin, requiring a cautious refurbishment, if possible at all.

Again, Abel did a fantastic job on this wreck:

I was attracted by this special slate grey of the dial we find also on certain Carreras of this time.

Although I hoped that the dial could get cleaner I'm very satisfied with this balanced vintage look.

Wow, that case transformation is amazing. I have an A3817 with him right now that looks pretty much like that Camaro did. Gives me hope!
