Good vintage watchmaker for 63 Seamaster in USA?

A friend of mine said he has a 1963 Seamaster he wants serviced without changing the crown, dial, hands, etc. Not changing the crown is an issue, obviously, but he wants what he wants. He fully understands that there will be no water resistance. He is in Seattle so of course Nesbits is near him, but it looks like they want to change too many parts for his taste.

We have several vintage watchmakers here, as well as watchmakers who work on vintage watches. Letting us know where your friend is in the US may help narrow it down.

Tim Mackrain is in Phoenix. I have no first-hand knowledge, but he seems very experienced with vintage Omega. Is he an OF member?

I’ve had Tim do a couple of mine. His prices were very fair and he was easy to work with.
