And also missing lume at the ends of most markers. Case looks good, although that is based on not seeing more photos at angles and of the back. Whether or not it was a good acquisition probably depends on the price.
It looks cool. I assume it's a pre-deville (if that is even a name) because it's got radium and a coathanger S. Probably '58-'62? I assume many of these have never been opened because of the complexity, which makes the water ingress concerning. And as always:

If this is like mine (I believe it is) you can pop the front bezel and crystal off as one piece with a case knife, and then the stem is a two-piece, so you can pull it off by prying the crown outwards with a bit of force. Then, between the dial and case near the crown, there should be a retaining ring that you can rotate with a small screwdriver to pop the movement out...
