good god... someone just showed me a rolex datejust with gold colored dial. when i asked him why the fυck the hands were black (!) he told me that we couldnt see the gold plated ones and asked his watchmaker to scratch the gold off them so that the contrast is better... wtf...

The hands are typically solid gold so there shouldn't have been anything to remove

well, maybe they are painted black. (sorry for bad pic)

its only the 2 main finger the second is still gold colored with a "paint spot" on it :/

i checked the serial at 6' with the original papers
