Goliath

I'm in the local jeweler and he hands over a wooden block with a large pocket watch in it. I say, "This looks like a Goliath". In the meantime a woman comes in to pick up her watch that had a battery installed. Jeweler says "Name?". She says she didn't leave a name, but it was an Omega. By now I've opened up the Goliath and taken a look, no marks or stamps I recognize. Inside caseback is stamped JM. Woman gets her watch back, a Cindy Crawford Connie, and is very happy to have it back. Now with Omega rattling around my brain I take a look at the wood block and hold it up to the jeweler. "Do you see what I see?". He says no. I say, this folding cover is shaped like the greek letter Omega. So here we are, I should be able to pick this piece up from the guy who dropped it off. I bought four other PWs from him. It's now time set and ticking away keeping solid time. It's a heavy piece!

This mark doesn't ring any Omega bells with me.
