I've been trying to find a 40th birthday gift for my brother and got a little bid happy as the date is approaching and bought this watch for £247. It just arrived and was photographed today. Being completely upfront I'm hoping to find a stainless steel silver watch before the birthday arrives so may end up selling this but right now I'm just hoping its real and that someone could offer an opinion. Hopefully the photos below provide the detail required. I believe its a 70's era gold plated Seamaster but any info or opinions on if its fake would be gratefully received.

I think the images are high enough res to see the numbers but, Case back number 1660216 and 3660848 stamped in. The movement has 1020 and then 45 followed by 342877 inside a small circular insert.

    Thanks

It's all genuine but the watch is quite worn out, the movement is not clean and requires a service. The bracelet is nice though.
