I wondered what did you think about these marking on a vintage gold Omega with a 552? I know that they were some fake cases so I'm asking. It's probably a french case (if not fake).

It is a French case with legit hallmarks and serial number

 

I totally agree. PGF was the name of the main maker for French cased Omega during the 1940-1950.

I do not know what BB means though.

 

it is easy - the watch was owned by Brigitte Bardot

 

The case should have a nice shape then...
