There are plenty offerings on Ebay, for the casual Omega collector or the discerning Omega hobbyist that wants more than a watch. This is just one of those offerings:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/321000053478?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

The more experienced aficionado will certainly be more than pleased to share there knowledge and expertise on this topic. Maybe we'll even be graced with a photo or two from their own collection.

In the meantime, if you have any on topic experiences or comments to share...please do!

I really like that one in your link. It's been in my watch list for quite a while but I'll probably never pull the trigger on it

Never say never. With planning & restraint (I'm sure you know what I mean) anything is possible. I'm trying to follow my own words, it is challenging, at best.

Thanks, but that's not exactly what I meant. What I meant to say was that I really like it, but there's other watches I'd rather buy at that price

Which would be the correct call for that watch.

Ok, got it. Thanks for clearing that up. I do know better than to assume, especially around here. No offense intended.

The many examples similar to this sold in the "Night of the Connie Gold" threads are more often than not (though with some exceptions) better examples of gold Constellations in the 3000-4000 price range, well worth a look at that thread.

I did . It is a little tricky as only the first letter in a thread title word can be caps ( So that someone does not make a long all caps title). In this case the "..." between Constellation and Gold made the script think "Constellation...Gold", was all one word. The fix was simply to add a space after the "..."
