Surprised nobody has mentioned the Bell & Ross GMT. Had this for a couple of years and can highly recommend it for under the radar value for money and build quality against other brands in the same price range.
Did consider this one. Like the aviation inspired styling but might be a bit too big for my slender wrists.

I have such mixed emotions about B&R. Being a pilot I appreciate the aviation inspired themes and their design first philosophy..
BUT
They use off the shelf Sellita movements and ask quite a premium for their pieces. It would be hard to spend 3-10k for a watch when the identical movement is used in watches around the $1k price range. Look what Laco and Stowa are bringing to the table for around a grand.
I actually love the BR-05 (AP lookalike).... but over 5k for a SW300 (or something like that IIRC) is a little crazy. If B&R were closer to Oris in price point, say, $2200-$2500 SRP with a negotiated price of around $1800-2k or so, I'd probably have a few of them, including the BR-V2 93 GMT.
