I have followed these for several years on eBay. Very nice watch, plus a 352RG! What motivated this example go to $1,884?

I think a nice 352 Rg, a screw case back and nice dial can make a difference.

 

Yes, very nice indeed. But far from unusual.

I shut down the email link on the site because these wankers were consistently emailing and almost demanding that I assess their pieces. No thank you's when I did, and next thing a listing would appear on ebay with my cut and pasted response.

I think the last honorable watch seller must have died in about 1956.
