Hi I've just got this very nice Glashutte cal 74 automatic watch I've been told it's 60's but it is like new inside and outside
Does anyone have any information about these watches and are they worth collecting IMG-20170408-WA0013.jpg

These are Soviet era watches from Glashütte obviously, and I'm sure there are people who collect them. I think if the design is similar to something made by Glashütte Original they would be a bit more popular.

Having serviced the odd one parts are difficult to find, and having a spare watch with the same movement for parts isn't a bad idea. The quality of the movement is not great, but it's where they were at during this time. The watch museum in Glashütte has a large display of these models from the era.

    Cheers, Al
