Can any one confirm if this is genuine or not the clasp number refers to a sea master I'm guessing the guy has had it modified to himself as its a very small bracelet

A genuine bracelet would cost an order of magnitude more than that watch. Does that answer your question?

 

Look at that dial! Holy cow what is that?? It doesnt even fit the case correctly.
