    a friend linked me to this for sale post.

    may i please ask the good folks here if this is genuine or fake please?

    i've never seen this model and, from the single low resolution picture posted, even the brush pattern on the case looks suspicious. of course, the dial looks highly suspicious as well, but what do i know!

    here's the link, thank you all in advance:

    Yes, it's genuine and correct.

    Price seems quite high regardless of it being uncommon.

    AJTT page 479.

    I have seen both types of hands but mostly like OPs watch.

    One of these sold on auction half a year ago (or thereabouts) along with the original strap for an ungodly amount... I'll see if I can dig it up.

    EDIT: Okay, I was exaggerating - it was "only" €764 before commission.

    @X350 XJR:

    interesting indeed that two of these are popping up at the same time. unusual.

    however, these two are not the same watch.

    Gator, does that one have unlumed hands?! Quite an odd example as both others I have seen have the white, lumed hands - and they (and the one in AJTT) have lume on the dial.

    The one in AJTT has un-lumed hands, which is indeed odd, but I've seen at leaset one other like it, could be service hands?
